I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with Kensington gardens just opposite and two tube stations within a 10-minute walk. It was really easy to explore some of the city's top sights. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the facilities were great. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
Can't fault the property in any way.

Great location with easy access to key attractions and public transport. the hotel provided complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch. the room was clean and well-maintained.
The staff was unhelpful and rude. the room had a strong odor and the beds were uncomfortable.

This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices. The location is fantastic, right next to Hyde Park and the underground station, making it convenient for exploring the center of the city. The staff were friendly and provided good service. The rooms, although basic, were clean and had comfortable beds, including one double bed and one single bed. However, there were no tea and coffee facilities as shown in the photos. Breakfast was included, although the bread served was stale.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with multiple reviews mentioning its proximity to the underground station and Hyde Park. Guests found it very convenient for exploring the city.
